Very nice complex

The apartment complex is new and nice. When I go to my vehicle to go to work, I have had the vehicle towed on 2 occasions. Management will not even discuss the problem with me. Mesquite towing accepts cash only and does not give change. So they charge $321 and I all I had was $340 so that's too bad no change. I had to cancel deliveries for my business and lost a good customer because of this. The management could care less.

Overall Great!

As with any apartment complex, there are communication issues, but overall they are great!

The one REAL issue I have is the flooring is so thin you can hear everything from the people above you. Like everything! Also, the people who are moving in more recently seem to be causing some issues; broken things, stolen things, police calls, etc.

So overall, the apartments are NICE and the staff is Great! It's the people and flooring that are the issue for me.
