This is a horrible apartment with even worse management. Everywhere you look there are roaches, there is black mold in the bathrooms. We’ve told management about the problems and showed pictures and videos of everything and they tell us it’s our problem to put out bait and bomb the apartment not theirs. I’ve contacted the health department about the issue it’s been so bad. Never even look in the direction of this apartment, save your time and money.

When you first apply for a apartment and you specifically let them know that you would like a updated unit and you pay for what you want but once you've signed the contract it be a whole different scenario,can't keep maintenance people,potholes is big enough to tear up your vehicle,if you have a issue with your place,you report it then you have videos of everything that's going wrong with your dwelling,the manager finally makes a decision to relocate you but doesn't specify that u would have to... rent a truck to relocate one building up from previous location and then have the audacity to double charge the person for both units if I didn't hurry up and move into the roach infested unit.Its ok though they wont have to worry about me and my family ever again oh yea they will send an eviction notice on your door for court if you choose not to oblige and break down and give them your hard earned money when things our wrong with the unit.I wouldn't recommend these apartments to my worst enemy if I had any.But Mrs.Sandra is concerned and considerate,tries to help anyone that she can if they have any issues, Read More

Lives here for 7yrs, when it switched to a new management company 2yrs ago things have been terrible. Maintenance takes forever and if your A/C or heat goes out on a Friday don’t expect it to be fixed til a Tuesday because they don’t consider it emergency/essential maintenance.

I called this morning to make sure a package I sent to a friend as a birthday present had arrived in the office. Because it was a surprise I did not tell my friend who lives there. I had done this before at other apartment complexes and they acknowledged that it was their job to send the receiver notice that the package had arrived. I did not let her know because it was a surprise and as I said before, normally policy requires the office to send notice. I do not live there. Why would I know... that apparently this is not their policy? I did not pay for the present to just sit in the office for weeks on end. It seems to me that they would want to clear up the space as soon as possible instead of just having items sit there. It may be policy, but that policy needs to change. I just moved into a 1 bedroom apartment here. All the apartments have been remodel and I was lucky enough to get one that was just finished. The apartments are very nice and clean, the area is nice you're only a short drive away from anything you could need. The neighbors are friendly and peaceful, overall a very nice place to live.
