Willow Creek Apartments

this is crazy, there are dogs running lose, vicious dogs, that attack people and animals and this place does nothing about it. People, if you care about your pets and family, go somewhere else, seriously, stay away

My Boyfriend and I just moved in to one of the apartments and it is amazing! The staff is so willing to answer any questions we have and were very sweet! The pool is beautiful and even has an awesome BBQ area. We are so happy with our decision on choosing this community!

I have lived in the complex for almost a year now and have no regrets. Yes, I agree with other reviews regarding parking. It can be an issue if you don’t come home until after 7PM. There have been a couple times I’ve had to park rather far. The complex itself is kept up with well and a lot of the residents I’ve met have been there for years. I’ve never had any issues requiring maintenance and the staff has always been pleasant and helpful. The pool is great during the summer and not overly… crowded. There are people who do not pick up after their pets or allow them to be off the leash in common areas, but you’re going to have those kind of people at any apartment complex. I have 2 medium-large dogs and the dog park has been wonderful. It’s huge! The dog owners are pretty respectful of each other and their dog’s space. For being "luxury" apartments, you'd expect these to be nice, but don't let the pictures fool you - German Cockroaches everywhere (breezeways & indoors) and poor craftsmanship throughout the apartments (everything breaks). My building in particular had severe foundation issues. Every time the weather changes, expect your doors to stick - the building shifts and sometimes it's almost impossible to open/close & lock entry-way doors. If you report it to them, they send their maintenance man to… temporarily fix the problem, by taking a 2"x4" and a hammer and hitting it a few times. The office staff can't answer any questions or concerns that you have (ever), so good luck even if you have the most basic question - it helped me to keep in mind that they are operating on a very elementary level. There isn't enough parking in the complex, so if you get home at 6pm or after, I hope you enjoy walking long distances to get to your apartment. If you pay for covered parking, you'd think that this would resolve the issue, but this is not the case. People will park in your paid spot & towing isn't enforced. If you contact the towing company, they'll let you know that they have to have approval from the property manager, Jill, before they'll do anything. A lot of crime & theft reported on the complex grounds - you'll see cops there almost weekly. They don't follow guidelines on large dog breeds allowed to live on the property & also don't enforce that people pickup after their dogs either - so check your feet if you walk in the grass.
