Don’t move here

I hate this place. When I first moved in my ac didn’t work for 2 weeks and I was on them everyday about fixing it. They replaced it and it still wasn’t working but they didn’t believe me. There are roaches and I take my trash out daily. The people in the office are rude and don’t get in a rush about anything. If you’re renting by yourself or you and your roommate are younger they won’t respect you or take you seriously.

Nightmare

We have lived here almost 2 years. I believe we are on the 3 owners with a year. Never receive a returned phone call, all of this transition. Once Cody left, staff does .not care. We have never been late on rent. Went through a hard time getting air conditioning gixed, was not installed correctly. Shock! Hot water is crazy situation so is the existence of water at times. Never know if or when the pool/ relaxation area will be open. Ready for my lease to end.

Great place to live

New management is making updates to the apartments and it is so nice. Cody I. The office is so nice and helpful, he also lives on property so he understands what the residents go through and is very quick to fix the situation as soon as he can. I’m so glad he is here. Cody is the best !!!

Disgraceful

This has been the worst apartment experience. We were left with no hot water for nearly 3 months. We were promised that this issue would be fixed, but it took 3 months to get the hot water back. When moving out, I was told I would receive my deposit within 2-4 weeks. It has been 6 months since I moved out and I have not received anything yet. When I have tried to contact the property manager, which changes monthly, I have been told that the check is "on its way." I have even contacted Tarantino… company and have not been helped. I have never been more dissatisfied with an apartment/management company as much as I am with DoveTree Apartments. It is so unfair to do this to its residents. I wish more people would know about the quality and service about these apartments.
