Management and maintenance are real good about addressing any issues that I have and fixing them in a timely manner

Feb. of 2022 residents of the tallest building complained of an oder coming from one of the units. Some residents continued to complain to the manager as the smell worsened. 10 days later a lady used a spare key to check on her grandmother. She found her dead in her tipped over wheelchair. The Coroner said she had been dead at least 4 days.
A man living on the 2nd floor of same building owns 3 Pit Bull dogs. One gave birth to 10 puppies. This far exceeds the pet limit. Never addressed by… management even after Animal Control insisted on it.
In the same building, a man used to make and sell Meth for over a year. His clients would hang around the entrance brandishing knives, waiting to catch an open door to enter. It was NEVER addressed because management was too busy on personal phone calls and crossword puzzles.
For over a year, a resident was selling used cars in the parking lot. Residents couldn't park here because all the spaces were taken. Some real go-getter tow truck drivers towed the cars for lack of a property sticker. Manager never noticed or checked on the 20+ cars that didn't have property stickers even though she walked by them 2-4 times a day!

Beware of putting in or receiving constant noise complaints because the floors are wooden and you can hear every step. The air conditioners go out ever other day in the summer. There’s only one washer and dryer that works for the 3 buildings. There’s no amenities. “Gym” and “library” are always locked. Rent is being raised with no updates being done. Decent enough if you just need somewhere to live.

I have lived at Moore for 3 years and the past managers have not been very good. We now have a manager that takes care of us and gets all issues taken care of. The property is so much cleaner and there are no issues with bugs. The property has become more quite and no one hangs out in the parking lot. The outside lighting has been fixed and I feel safer. Keep up the good work guys and I will be renewing in 2 months.
