Maintenance is the only highlight

The maintenance team is phenomenal and single-handedly keeps this place going. Besides them, this place isn’t great. Your car will be broken into. Multiple times. It doesn’t matter if you’ve left it unlocked or not, they’ll smash the windows and do as they please. Besides the cars being broken into constantly, there is tons of trouble from the neighboring apartment complex. While living here there was a shooting during a robbery gone bad. There were also two separate occasions when my partner &… I were woken up by a group of men jumping and beating on some guy in the grass outside our building. All issues from across the street, but they find there way over. Management will not put up cameras. If you decide to rent here make sure you get a building in the back, away from the street.

The Abby Apartment Review

I based my decision on choosing this property because of the leasing agent, Ms. Tameka. She was so friendly and very informative. She answered all of my questions and concerns. The whole vibe when entering the office was peaceful. The property looked very clean and quiet. Which was a big concern that I had. I'm looking forward to moving in and making this property my home. Thanks Tameka!

MOLD and was lied to

Rented in 2018/2019. My experience was poor but many of my college friends who lived in another building didn't experience nearly as many problems. I was given a tour and was then given a different room. They told me the room I toured hadn't been deep cleaned since the last resident moved out and since it still looked pretty clean and had light fixtures in each room, I signed a lease. If I saw the room I was given room I would have found a whole new complex. The kitchen and dinning room were the… only rooms with lights the kitchen light wasn't working, one drawer was missing its face, the floors and cabinets were filthy and there was MOLD in the vents. We complained about the mold for 2 weeks until we got sick, then they fixed the problem. They cleaned the mold but then lied to us and said it wasn't mold. We know this because a couple days later the maintenance guy (great dude) asked us if the mold had come back since he cleaned it. There is also a problem with people lifting car door handles here. The one day my car was left unlocked, my car was ransacked. Thankfully nothing was stolen and the maintenance guy was nice enough to clean up my things that the would be thief left sprawled across the parking lot. The lady that sits in the back office is super sweet, and the lady who worked up front was mostly nice when she wasn't switching your room and lying about mold. Loved the maintenance guys, one even offered me a burger when he was grilling a couple doors down from us.
