I love it here and I am coming here upon my college graduation to receive more real-world experience The Ashton apartments is truly a great property in Tyler and I will love it here after graduating from Hardin-Simmons

Not good.

We had our a/c go out on the weekend and we called. It was the upstairs a/c where all the bedrooms are. They refused to fix it until after the weekend said we could sleep downstairs where there was no space or beds. Also when we moved out shortly after that we gave a verbal notice. The person in the office said ok I will note that . Then after we moved they put over $4000 on our credit for not giving written notice. The office girl didn't ask for that. Now they charge 50 + dollars interest… every month and our credit is trashed because we can't pay it. Beware. They will screw you any way they can! Plus it had bed bugs when we moved in and we had to have it treated. Gross!
