Some problems here go unresolved

Some problems here go unresolved. Hallways are unkept and vacant apartments and maintenance store rooms in my hallway are constantly being left wide open.

Bed bug infested

These people like to give you a hard time about reporting infestations, and if the “extermination” doesn’t work, they tell you to move, because, well, too bad for you. The owner doesn’t want to pay for any repairs or upkeep, he makes millions and is the cheapest owner you’ll ever find. Their automatic gate breaks all the time. Their pool is NEVER ready in time for people to swim during spring, and it doesn’t even open until 11am, so good luck trying to have a morning swim with your family. The... staff really has their hands tied because the owner is such a cheapskate, so basically nothing gets done because there is no maintenance fund to pull from. Everything gets run through this guy Guthrie, and he’s NOT going to shell out to take care of your problems that HE created by not fixing things right the first time. I wouldn’t recommend this place to my worst enemy, because, well, he owns the place, and he’s not moving in.

Terrible Management/Apartments

I did not have a issue with this apartment until I moved into another unit after the fire. Maintenance got lazy, so repairs never gets fixed. My apartment is creating mold/mildew and my kids are getting sick. Roach infestations, I have lost a lot of my property due to it and we have a large rat.

RAT INFESTED

This place is infested with RATS! Poor Poor Maintenance! They don't even have the decency to pay a professional exterminator.

We are very satisfied with our apartment! Everyone is very friendly, the staff are wonderful. We haven't had any problems or complaints!
