We are super happy with the new management team and their responsiveness. The new exterior paint, new landscaping, new exterior lighting etc etc have made this such a beautiful community. Thank you!!!

The foundry is an absolutely terrible establishment, they are very unorganized with their information. Also, the management and staff are horrible. The property is not a great place to stay at, I don’t recommend or consider anyone to stay at this uninhabitable complex.

for some reason, the manager is so rude I came home from work and they were in my house without my permission and proceeds to tell me to wait outside. These apartments are full of roaches and I expect us to pay this highest rent.

Not bad, Foundry! Before moving here, I've heard that there's been shootings, so I've been skeptical about moving; However, l still took the risk due to the amenities. While living here for about a year and some now, I haven't heard or witnessed any shootings. My apartment hasn't had any roaches, due to keeping it clean. The only downfall(s) I've had here was the water being turned off due to pipes breaking, but the issue is always fixed within hours to a day.In addition, some washers may need… repairs, but the company comes in and repairs it within a short amount of time. The maintenance team are also great, my requests for small things has always been completed in a short amount of time. The neighborhood is quite quiet, and the new management seems to be better than last. I would recommend living here.
