Where do I start. This place isn’t even worth your time. Not safe at all gunshots are heard every other night. Someone was shot in there own apartment last week. Place is full of roaches. If you decide to live here I promise you it will be the worst decision of your life. You CAN NOT get a hold of person in the leasing office to save your life. They don’t care about you so why should you care to live here?

I viewed the property with my daughter & husband the staff showed us two different apartments to choose from and were very helpful in helping us make a decision. Some apartments are remodeled and are worth the extra rent to our family so we chose a remodeled two bedroom apartment. The office staff made our move simple with no deposit with the power company & had the power in our name the day we moved in. The water & trash is free. We are happy with our new apartment and conveniently located near... my job at East Texas Medical Center downtown. I also get a discount because I work in the medical field.

I like the look of the apartment complex it looks friendly and quiet I like that and will look into renting there
