Awesome apartments!!

Very friendly staff super affordable prices for this area! Very spacious apartments and very quiet community! They have private patios on most apartments! Love this place!

my simple home

My cousin and I share a 2 bedroom 2 bath apt right off the main rode as are back yard. We have a great home ?? we love it and wouldn't trade it for anything it's the total Batchelors pad with a nice home feeling as you walk in we both make just enough to afford are palace with a little extra money for eating expenses a month .we've never had a stable home before this blessing and love the feeling of coming home to your own place

Mosswood Apartments

Front Office was nice and helpful in order to get me in and on time. They work with you if you need to make payments for deposits. Maintenance is usually quick (had water coming from ceiling from upstairs neighbor and they took their sweet time). Complex is clean (going through renovations) and presentable.

Mosswood Apartments

Move In-Great. Apartment was clean.

Living-If you have a major problem it will get taken care of quickly. Minor problems take longer. Plumbing isn't great. Had a water leak problem in ceiling of closet and hole is still not fixed (been about 1-2 months now).

Mosswood Apartments

Currently, Mosswood is under new ownership and the transition has left residents in last priority. The exterior is under construction, the pool is always dirty, my appliances are out of date. I hope they get organized soon and get back to putting the residents first because I used to love living here.
