The Villas Apartments

The apartment complex itself is nice. I suggest you take pictures of everything when you move in and when you move out. A very large portion of my deposit was kept for a cleaning service fee even though my apartment was left better than when I moved in. Management provided pictures of the "mess" I left which included a little bit of dust here and there. Definitely not $200 worth of cleaning. The lease says they are allowed to use the money if the unit needs to be cleaned, and they aren't... required to send receipts as proof so there isn't really anything I can do but help make others aware. for me,though it is an old apartment, but the price is very cheap and this is the best location. near to walmart lowes hobb lobby etc... and people in the office are very nice. ive been here for more than 3 yrs already. they are currently renovating the area due to problems from hurricane harvey. but once its done, i recommend this place for you to move in.
