Resident Review
Resident over 4 years and no plans to move. Complex is clean & quiet .Great management and maintenance staff. Neighbors are respectful and friendly. Highly recommend.

Villa Chateau Apartments
With all utilities included, great floor plans, pool, friendly community, and a wonderful referral program, this complex is a great place to live. While the town it is located in isn't the largest, there is more than enough to do if you look for it.

Villa Chateau - lots of room for the money; great bills paid!
Villa Chateau, while being an older property, has been updated and has lots of space. I have a kingsize bed in my bedroom with room for a large dresser and being able to move around,
I like the ceramic tile in the dining area and ceiling fan. I have a private patio and my covered parking space is right out my door. Being disabled, I need the room and ease of maneuverability.
The large closets, allow me to store my junk, without having to get a storage room down the block.
Definitely worth... checking it out. The manager is great and works with you if you need it to delay paying rent if you lose your job, etc.
