Great downtown loft apartments!
I lived in Holiday Hammond for seven years during graduate school. It was a dream! They are fantastic loft apartments with a great deal of vintage charm and character. Beautiful rough hardwood floors, exposed beams, brick wall, and original warehouse windows.
My experience with the management company was great as well. They were always friendly, professional, and prompt with any request. Their maintenance staff is fantastic and quick to address any issues with minimal hassle.

Bad deal all around
Management service is the pits. Not customer service oriented in the least. Seriously. Maintenance response non-existent. Fair neighborhood, if you can keep the homeless person from going through the garbage dumpster and making noises at 2:00am. Nice amenities, too bad they are from the 1970's.

Great place to live if you are wanting to live in Downtown Waco. Lived in a 3br/2ba and absolutely loved it. Prompt attention to maintenance was a major plus! Would recommend this to others. Had to move out of state or I would have stayed living... there. Management was great as well.
