Roots at Waco

Moving to Waco was a big decision for me, especially considering where in Waco to live. I visited several different apartment complexes, as apartment living was my preference, and when I came to The Roots, I was given such a warm and courteous and professional experience that I never looked any further! Everything about the complex appealed to me, and all my questions and concerns were instantly understood and answered. I loved it when I was told that the pool access for residents was 24/7 all... year around as this is an amenity that was very important to me, and the pool itself was amazing! It was obvious that they took great pride in this, along with all the property outlay. I have been nothing but satisfied thus far with the proper maintenance, repair and support team here at The Roots as well. I am technically disadvantaged to say the least and they walked me through everything from the initial application process through completing the final move in checklist with the utmost of patience and understanding, I was amazed! I love that they have a whole department for all your pet care needs with a staff in that department that is just as helpful as the rest of The Roots staff. I have 2 support animals and they successfully walked me through the whole process of ensuring that they would be identified this way, and approached my concerns as if they were their own personal pets. I also could not be more satisfied with my apartment layout and decor including the fine detail put into the design. I have a one bedroom and it is perfect for me. The attached balcony is very spacious and private, and I have throughly enjoyed sitting out there. The complex is safe, management is helpful and knowledgeable, and maintenance responds super quickly to requests, sometimes with hours. Complex is also in a central location relative to Downtown Waco, its surrounding neighborhoods, and I-35.

Comfortable, spacious apartment with a fast maintenance team. We've been here almost 2 years and we plan to re-sign again! It's 5 minutes from my job and my son's school.

Love living here! Clean and quiet apartment community. The office staff are the best. The maintenance repairs are done super fast. I definitely recommend The Roots to everyone looking.

I’ve often heard people talk about their apartment complex in an unsatisfactory light. Whether it be management that isn’t approachable, or the amenities are constantly unfit for use, or even issues within the building community eg. cleanliness, inconsideration. Roots at Waco has been my first apartment experience and I have to say, I’ve experienced none of that.
The staff are always ready to assist how they can.
The facilities here from my observation are well maintained.
And as far the... individuals in the community, I’ve experienced nothing but kind and cordial people.
