Love all the amenities and highway access! It’s very convenient for commuting to work. The noise level is also extremely quiet, despite its location by the highway.

One suggestion would be limiting parking to one parking spot per vehicle, as some residents use more than one spot for their vehicle.

Love it here! Everyone is so helpful, and I’ve never had a problem with noise or neighbors! All my neighbors are polite and keep to themselves. Recommend this place to everyone! Gates could have a better schedule in regards to how long they’re open for!

The Roots is a nice place to live. We enjoy the pool and dog park (for the most part). If we could just CLOSE the gates, that would be great please, they’re open 24/7. What’s the point of having gates if you’re not going to use them? Also, people allow their dogs to poop everywhere and don’t clean it up. Very unsanitary and disgusting.

The apartments are generally really clean and quiet. The dog wash station no longer works and the dog park fencing and gate needs to be fixed.
