Saddle Brook Apartments

My Husband and I have lived here for five years, and the staff is so great!

I have nevere
lived in a place where when they update the empty apartments they also do the same for the occupied ones as well. When we need something they are always prompt and very courteous. And a shout out to maintenance especially Derek and Andy, they go above and beyond.

I was moving blind from a couple hours away. All Saddle Brook staff, Yazmine, were very helpful, personable and kind. Moving is a very stressful thing and I did it alone. I didn’t feel so lost. Also, my apt is gorgeous and clean. Thanks very much for taking care of me.

We have lived at Saddle Brook for over 6 years now, and maintenance requests are always handled promptly. Our refrigerator has slowly been grinding to a halt, and it was time for a new one. We e-mailed Sherry about our problem, she responded right away, and within a couple of hours we had a new refrigerator. We had all the food in coolers and I was heading out to get ice, but Andy and Derek (maintenance) brought us a refrigerator that had already been plugged in at a make-ready unit, so there... was no need for ice, we just transferred the food into the new fridge, which had only been unplugged for around 15 minutes. It was a hassle-free experience. Andy and Derek were very efficient, professional, and personable; great guys to deal with.
