Well so far so GOOD I moved some of my things on Friday and then the other on Saturday. As I was moving in I ran into a few neighbors who was very friendly an kind...I stayed my first night Saturday an I felt so comfortable.

Amenities are not available and staff is hard to get in touch with. The apartment itself is fine but appliances are outdated.The pool never opens.

Are you looking for somewhere to move to? Somewhere sports conveniently located close to shopping centers, fast food restaurants? Come check out Sandstone Apartments today!!! We have friendly office staff,dog park,swimming pool, and access to exercise room. The property is well kept by landscapers every Monday except for during the winter months we also have scheduled pest control monthly. Spacious parking, quiet community and a no smoking policy. Now if you want to smoke cigarettes you'd have... to walk close by the parking lot for liability purposes. We also have Waco Police department that comes and makes their rounds. I have lived here for 3 and 1/2 years and have not had not one issue. Maintenance is also top notch.Come check-out Sandstone apartments today :)

Perfect been here about 3 years or almost 3years. Very quiet and clean. Only thing is people let there dogs use restroom in grass n don’t pick it up at all
