The staff has been extremely helpful and friendly! Wayfare hosts events for the residents, which is a great way to meet new people. Nice neighborhood and great location too! Wayfare offers a variety of amenities that are well-maintained! The layout of the apartments are very functional and it's great that each apartment comes with a garage. Definitely recommend these apartments!!

Living here in wayfore has been my favorite rental experience. For the opportunity to have a house style apartment with a garage and a neighborhood that feels like a safe home, you can't beat what they do here. Being here isn't like living in a typical apartment complex its like getting a home in a friendly neighborhood. Highly recommend coming here if you're looking for a place to stay.

I have been living here for a little over a month and it is a great experience! The layout is extremely convenient with my attached garage, no carpet, and washer/dryer that is included! The office staff makes you feel appreciated and important. I would recommend Wayfare Waco to anyone looking to have an amazing apartment experience!

Moving into Wayfare has been a fantastic experience. The staff, especially Bryce and Emily, are incredibly helpful and welcoming.
The apartment is everything one could hope for. It feels spacious, and the finishes are top-notch. It's clear that attention was paid to every detail during construction.
The amenities are exceptional. The fitness center is modern and well-equipped. The pool is also a plus. It's convenient to have these features on the premises.
The location is also a huge plus.... It's easy to access the mall, my job, and restaurants. The neighborhood feels safe and vibrant. The community here has already made one feel right at home.
Overall, Wayfare is highly recommended for anyone looking for an amazing place to live. It's clear that the management takes great pride in this brand new complex and in the well-being of its residents.
