Not only does this vacation home include upgrades such as a chef’s kitchen and upgraded spa-like bathrooms, it also has an outdoor swimming pool and hot tub. The impressive kitchen is fully equipped for all your cooking needs, including ample counter space and a gorgeous oversized center kitchen island. Located adjacent to the kitchen, this high-end living room offers a modern, comfortable environment for you to enjoy each other’s company. Embrace the blissful pleasure of a good meal surrounded by some of your favorite people in the dedicated dining area.
Free parking is available to guests with plenty of space in the double garage or on the driveway. There is a laundry room with a washer and dryer available for your use. We welcome house-trained pets with a non-refundable pet fee of $150 per pet with a maximum of 2 pets per stay. An additional nightly rate applies for more than 6 guests, with a $29/night fee for each additional guest.

We do not allow parties or large unauthorized gatherings of any sort at our property. Only registered guests are allowed over while renting. The property has a no-smoking policy with violations subject to a $450 fine plus the cost to clean, deodorize, and repair damages. Check-in is at 4pm and checkout is at 10am. The fireplace is wood burning, and for safety reasons, we do not provide wood and ask guests to refrain from using it without previously arranged, written approval. No street parking is allowed due to City Parking Regulations, with a maximum of 2 cars in the garage and 2 cars in the driveway. A noise alert device is installed to monitor noise levels, ensuring compliance with local noise ordinances and occupancy regulations.
