Pike Plaza

This is suppose to be a “luxury apartment” yet the property is always a mess, I had to call every month for them to cut the grass, the staff is very unprofessional and always putting you on hold, and they took 6 months to fix a collapsed fence, there are always rodents no matter how much you clean, and a moldy fridge are only some of the problems I had. It may be a better price but definitely not worth the struggle you will have living here. So rent elsewhere and save yourself the trouble!
