Primrose Village Apartments

Turned in my application in about 10 days ago and I was told it could take up to 10 days. So I called for 2 days and no one ever answered so I decided to go in and see if I could get an update. I did just that and she tells me that our application is still sitting on her desk. . . So our application still has not been sent. I was very upset. We’ve been here for over a month and a half , the management sucks. We moved in and the A/C in the apartment didn’t even work. We’ve complained and tried to call everyday for weeks and they don’t answer their phones, we called about the disposal and ice machine not working and they hadn’t come to fix it until they found out we reached out to the inspector. There is no air flow in the master restroom or room and till this day they have not come to fix it. The breaker in the master also blew out… and caused the fan to stop working which makes it 100% hotter without the airflow in this room. The manager is always so rude and doesn’t like to do her job , in fact she always has all her kids in her office and the phones will be ringing and nobody answers. For weeks now they have been saying their phones are not working when clearly they are. The property is also very dirty , trash everywhere and huge holes next to the sidewalk that can cause a child to fall in and get injured. HORRIBLE Read More
