Bad pool maintenamc
Bad and nasty pool. Maintenance never fixes anything. Outside lights broke on building. Noone respo ds to your requests. Don't rent there turn and run

Great Community
I've had a great experience living here. The property is well-maintained, the management team is responsive and professional, and any maintenance issues are handled quickly. It's a quiet, safe community with a great location. Highly recommend!

Great improvements!
I have been a resident at this location for 3 years. I’ve been through several managements on this property and John has been the best. From day one that he started, improvements have been made on the property. You can can see that he’s making changes and corrections from months of neglect from previous management. Trees are being trimmed, grass is being cut and watered, work orders are being taken care of, pool is clean and new poolside chairs were placed. It is a dog friendly community... and the residents are friendly as well. Water pressure in the late afternoon is low but that is within the whole city area and out of anybody’s control. That’s an issue with Alamo Water Company. Overall… in the long time I’ve been here… I’m loving the improvements!
