The apartment is part of a double unit house with an adjoining 3-bedroom unit that has a separate entrance. The cowboy pool and fire pit in the backyard are exclusive to Unit 1. Some closet spaces are closed for housekeeping supplies. Pets, smoking, fireworks, and parties or events are not allowed. Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 7 AM. The primary guest must be at least 21 years old and present for the entire reservation. A $50 replacement fee per key applies if any keys are not returned to the lockbox.
