Carrington Place

Love it- love my neighbors, the maintenance people, and Ike, the manager. I feel respected and appreciated. I love the location—right off freeway. No weaving through streets to get home. We are in phase two in a one bedroom, one bath. Would stay here forever if we had a tich more room for the Christmas Tree….

My family lived at Carrington Place for almost three years. It was a very clean and comfortable place to live. The apartments were very well maintained, as was the outdoor landscaping. They are conveniently located near the freeway, withlots of great stores and restaurants nearby. Ike is an awesome manager and great to work with! I would highly recommend these apartments to anyone!

My husband and I got a notice on our door that we either comply or vacate because a neighbor complained about our dog barking. We are strict with our dog, and we are in the training process with him still as he is young. Plus he is not the only dog that barks in the building. We had never once heard a single warning before this, but yet we receive a three day notice.
All while the neighbors upstairs are constantly smoking tobacco and marijuana which is against the rules l, but each time we… inform her of it she ignores it, even after me telling her it causes me severe migraines. They also have a giant dog whom they never clean up after and people step in and track dog poop across the yard and sidewalk.
The manager is rude and unprofessional. Save yourself the trouble and move somewhere else! Read More

When we complained about noise in the most respectful email you could send to the manager said she no longer wanted to talk to me, only my fiancé. We recently tested positive for COVID. I called her to see how I can pay without leaving the apartment (keep in mind, I did not ask for it to be pushed out or lowered), alli was calling for was to see if I can pay it online or through deposit. Her next words: “Yeah, it really sounds like you are trying to make your problem, my problem, figure it out… or get a late fee and maybe worse...”


Again, I was just calling to see how I can pay this. The rest of my family is quarantined in their homes so they can’t go out and get it and my manager has shown numerous times she does not care about her tenants.
