How Is This Rating Determined?

Great Place To Call Home!

I have been here for 3 years now and have been very happy with the quality, friendliness, and promptness of the maintenance and office team. I am only writing this review because I have noticed that people usually only write reviews when they are unhappy, which doesn't give a fair and accurate representation of this community. The rent prices are much lower than that of a conventional community, so I'm not sure where the residents are looking that claim the rent is the same. I am moving when... my lease is up but only because I am moving out of state to be closer to family. If I were to stay in Utah I would stay at Springwood! -----Current Resident of 5F-----

Springwood apartments

These apartments are nice and quite, Me and my wife are in a 2 bedroom 2 bathroom apartment and could be getting so much more for what we are paying. These apartments are low income housing but charge the same as a nicer and non low income housing unit. It is nice that they allow pets. The maintenance team is fantastic and are always available but the apartment has needed a lot of maintenance.
