    Great Place To Call Home!

    I have been here for 3 years now and have been very happy with the quality, friendliness, and promptness of the maintenance and office team. I am only writing this review because I have noticed that people usually only write reviews when they are unhappy, which doesn't give a fair and accurate representation of this community. The rent prices are much lower than that of a conventional community, so I'm not sure where the residents are looking that claim the rent is the same. I am moving when… my lease is up but only because I am moving out of state to be closer to family. If I were to stay in Utah I would stay at Springwood! -----Current Resident of 5F-----
