Ok but frustrating move out process
The apartment itself was fine, but the move-out process was my biggest disappointment. I documented pre-existing cosmetic damage when I moved in, yet I still ended up disputing damage charges that I felt didn’t accurately reflect the apartment’s condition. Getting clear explanations for the charges was difficult, and I ultimately paid the balance to avoid dragging the dispute out. My advice to future tenants is to photograph every room in detail when you move in and make sure you fully… understand every possible move-out charge.
