Heather Estates is a great place to live. Since Chelsea came on board VAST improvements have been made
I am extremely impressed with the decrease in crime and the quickness in solving problems now. When we moved here 2 years ago it was in rough shape, but Chelsea has turned it around. I also didnt have any friends when I moved here and now i have several best friends and my life has changed for the better
Now onto maintenance. I have never lived in an apartment complex that has had such… competent, compassionate and professionalism as Joe
He works so hard yet always has time to say hi
Joe has become a friend of ours and I'm so happy to say he is a friend. At first when we lived here we wanted to move a couple years ago
Now we honestly are happy to be living here. You guys are doing a great job. Keep up the good work

Heather Estates is an amazing place to live. I have been here for less than a month and it already feels like home. The staff here is kind, courteous and professional. If you need something fixed they get it done in a timely manner. I would defiantly recommend this place if your looking for a nice place to live that is also budget friendly.

Management at Heather Estates is very knowledgeable and helpful. They are quick to assist and very professional. Maintenance resolves issues quickly and are very friendly and helpful. Overall my experience here has been good, if I need help with anything there is always someone available to assist me. The grounds are always clean and well groomed, other tenants are kind and friendly. Heather Estates is a nice place to call home.

maintenance just shows up no call nothing no time, appliances are very old outdated communication is not provided prior. follow ups are not completed. trashy outdoor environment litter clothing cans cigarettes everywhere.
