The lower level includes a spacious lounge with a reclining sofa and TV, and a washer and dryer.
Driveway parking accommodates 5-6 vehicles. The garage is not available for guest use. Guests will have access to the entire home except the garage. Pets are welcome with a fee of $20/day per pet. Approved pets and emotional support animals are subject to this fee, while ADA-recognized service animals stay for free. Undisclosed or unauthorized pets will incur a $250 fee. Monthly pet fees are $75 per month, per pet. Guests must clean up after their pet, with a $25 fee per instance of uncollected waste outdoors. Guests are responsible for professional cleaning costs for indoor "accidents" and the full cost of any property damage caused by pets.

Early check-in/late check-out requests require 24 hours' notice and are subject to availability at a rate of $15 per hour.
