It is also close to Utah's World Class Ski Resorts, including 10 miles to Snowbird Ski & Summer Resort, 11 miles to Alta Ski Resort, 13 miles to Solitude Ski Resort, 14 miles to Brighton Ski Resort, 29 miles to Park City Ski Resort, and 30 miles to Deer Valley Ski Resort.
This is a 100% smoke-free property, and any violation will result in a $200 per day fine for the duration of the stay. Undisclosed or unauthorized pets will incur a $250 fee. Guests must clean up after their pet, and a $25 fee per instance of uncollected waste outdoors will be applied. Guests are responsible for professional cleaning costs for indoor "accidents" and the full cost of any property damage caused by pets. Unauthorized late check-outs will be charged $50 per hour. Moving furniture is not allowed, and a $500 fee will be assessed if the cleaners have to move furniture to reset the property for the next guest. Booking on behalf of others is strictly prohibited, and the person who books must be the person staying. Quiet hours begin at 10:00 PM each night and continue until 8:00AM each morning. A $50 fee, per bin, will be assessed for unbagged garbage found in the bins.
