Quiet hours begin at 10:00 PM each night and continue until 8:00 AM each morning. This is a 100% smoke-free property; any violation will result in a $200 per day fine for the duration of the stay. Undisclosed or unauthorized pets will incur a $250 fee. Guests must clean up after their pet, with a $25 fee per instance of uncollected waste outdoors. Guests are responsible for professional cleaning costs for indoor "accidents" and the full cost of any property damage caused by pets. Unauthorized late check-outs will be charged a fee. Host is not responsible for any lost items; items left behind will be held for 14 days.
