No smoking or vaping is permitted on this 100% smoke-free property; any violation will result in a $200 per day fine for the duration of the stay. Undisclosed or unauthorized pets will incur a $250 fee. Approved pets and Emotional Support Animals (ESAs) incur a pet fee. ADA-recognized Service Animals stay for free. Guests must clean up after their pet, with a $25 fee per instance of uncollected waste outdoors.
