Location is great. A brand new Walmart Supercenter is less than 10 minutes away. Head 15 to 20 minutes into Saratoga Springs for Costco, Smith's, Raising Cane's, Chick-fil-A, Costa Vida, and a bunch of new spots still opening up. City Center is just 10 to 15 minutes away with Macy's and more food options.
If you like the outdoors, this place is hard to beat. You're right at the mouth of a network of mountain biking trails, plus a walking path that loops the whole community. Drive less than five minutes and you'll hit a dirt road leading into a small canyon loaded with mountain biking and dirt biking trails and camping spots.
