irresponsible owner
The owner of these apartments is very irresponsible, he does not work with you to get things done if there’s a problem in the apartment. That being said he is a nice guy, but not manger material. He is hard to get a hold of, and gives off the vibes of he doesn’t want to be around or do his job. He takes months to get a washer or dryer fixed. The cost of living here could definitely be lowered.

Awesome place to live
This is by far the best apartment complex I have ever lived in, and I'm from Southern California. The owners are amazing, Jody is a great guy who genuinely cares about his tenants. And the fact that they accept pets is a huge plus!
