Bedroom 2 has a king-size bed, Bedroom 3 is designed for larger groups with twelve twin beds (these are bunks intended for children 10 and under on the top bunks), and Bedroom 4 has six twin beds and two blow-up mattresses for additional flexibility. The owner and family respectfully live on site in a completely separated basement unit of this large house with its own separate entrance that doesn't intervene with any of the rented spaces of the home and is often not home.
