Deposit is $1995($200 nonrefundable) and the monthly rent is $1995. Owner pays water, sewer, garbage and does all lawn maintenance. Tenants pays for gas, internet and electric. Pet Rent is $50 a month - DOGS ONLY and must be present at the showing.
