For early check-in or late check-out, requests require 24 hours' notice and are subject to availability at a rate of $15 per hour. Unauthorized late check-outs will be charged $50 per hour. Approved pets and emotional support animals are $20 per day per pet. Monthly pet fees are $75 per month, per pet.

Guests are responsible for professional cleaning costs for indoor "accidents" and the full cost of any property damage caused by pets. Moving furniture is not allowed, and a $500 fee will be assessed if the cleaners have to move furniture to reset the property for the next guest.
