This relaxed and practical apartment has a tiny-home feel and features a master bedroom with a king-size bed and closet, and a second bedroom with a queen-size bed. The full bathroom has a tub/shower combination. The comfortable living room has a couch and smart TV. The compact, fully equipped kitchen includes cookware, utensils, appliances, and bar seating for two. Shared laundry is located across the way in the main house. Guests can enjoy shared exterior spaces, including a hot tub, cowboy pool (seasonal), dog park, BBQ, hammocks, pavilion, lounge chairs/couches, cornhole and horseshoes, ping pong, bikes, and a community washer and dryer.
Pets are welcome with a fee of $10 per pet per day. Ample on-site parking is available for cars, boats, or trailers.

Walls are thin, and you may occasionally hear other guests outside. No smoking or vaping is allowed on the premises.
