As the building is older, some sound transfer between neighboring units or outdoor common areas may occasionally be heard. In this desert environment, insects, spiders, lizards, dust, and other native wildlife may occasionally be encountered, particularly outdoors. The indoor fireplace is not functional and should not be used. This is a 100% smoke-free property; any violation will result in a $200 per day fine for the duration of the stay. Approved pets incur a pet fee, and unauthorized pets will incur a $250 fee. Uncollected waste outdoors will incur a $25 fee per instance, and guests are responsible for professional cleaning costs for indoor "accidents" and the full cost of any property damage caused by pets. Quiet hours begin at 10:00 PM each night and continue until 8:00 AM each morning. Unauthorized late check-outs will be charged a fee.
