The separate dining room has a large family-style dining table, perfect for games, planning adventures, or sharing a meal. Mini-split air-conditioning units are installed for your comfort. The primary bedroom features a king-size bed and closet, while the second bedroom offers a queen-size bed with closet space. Each bedroom has a mini-split air conditioner to control your comfort settings. There is one full bathroom, conveniently located in the hallway between the two bedrooms with towels and essential toiletries. This unit has access to a shared laundry room located on the back side of the building, accessible directly from the kitchen, and shared with only two other units.
Pets are welcome with a fee of $10 per pet per day.
Guests have access to all shared outdoor spaces, including a hot tub, cowboy pool (seasonal), BBQ area, fire pit, hammocks, covered pavilion with seating, lounge chairs and couches, cornhole and horseshoes, and a dog area.
This is a charming, budget-friendly space, not a luxury property. These historic buildings are full of character, and a bit of wear and tear is part of their charm in an authentic desert environment. There is a unit above this unit, so you will hear guests overhead. As this is an older building, the walls are thinner, and occasional noise from other guests outside is possible. If you’re a light sleeper, it is recommended to bring earplugs. If guests have been smoking or vaping on the premises, a $200 per day fee will be assessed for each day of the reservation. If the property is pet-friendly, pets are allowed at the property at the cost of $10 per pet, per day. For unauthorized pets, a $250 fee will be assessed. Quiet hours begin at 10:00 PM each night and continue until sunrise, consisting of keeping all audio and noise levels at a minimum level out of respect for the surrounding residents. A $30 fee, per bin, will be assessed for unbagged garbage found in the bins.
