Guests have full, private access to the space. Shared amenities include a hot tub, cowboy pool (seasonal), dog area, BBQ, hammocks, fire pit, covered pavilion with seating, lounge chairs/couches, cornhole and horseshoes, community washer and dryer, and bikes to borrow.
This is a pet-friendly property with an EV charger a 5-minute walk away. Pets are welcome at the cost of $10 per pet per day. Laundry is shared on a first come basis and always available in the main house, just across the way. Ample on-site parking is available for cars, boats, or trailers.
Perfectly situated for day trips to Zion National Park (30 miles), Bryce Canyon National Park (76 miles), Grand Staircase-Escalante (15 miles), Peek-a-Boo & Spooky Slot Canyons (12 miles), Best Friends Animal Sanctuary (7 miles), Coral Pink Sand Dunes State Park (20 miles), Toadstool Hoodoos Trailhead – 45 miles, and Grand Staircase-Escalante National Monument – 15 miles.
The apartment is part of a historic property with thin walls, and you may occasionally hear other guests outside. No smoking or vaping is allowed on the premises. A $200 per day fee will be assessed for each day of the reservation if it is found that guests have been smoking or vaping on the premises. For unauthorized pets, a $250 fee will be assessed.
