The listing includes parking for up to 2 cars (1 in garage, 1 in driveway), your own entrance, designated storage space in the garage, and appliances (fridge/freezer, washer/dryer, stove/oven). Shed storage space optional for an additional $25 a month.

Utilities are a flat rate of $200 per month. So the total monthly is $1400 (rent + utilities). We do not allow smoking, drugs, vaping, or large parties. Landlord has severe allergies to animal dander.
