walk through bedroom to spacious bathroom with full bath tub. You’ll find carpet in the bedroom, hardwood flooring in the combined kitchen/living room as well as a unique decorative fireplace (pretty but unusable), and tile floor in the bathroom, lots of storage, double closets in the bedroom, huge linen closet in the bathroom, a pantry, and additional storage in the living room.
Main home is owner occupied upstairs and the other apartment in the basement is family occupied by owner's daughter, granddaughter, and one cat.
Private entrance (through garage).
Shared fully fenced, landscaped back yard.
Shared washer and dryer (shared ONLY with the other apartment next door)
Please be aware there is Indoor/ourdoor cat on premises for those with allergies.
The ventilation system is shared with entire house.
