We’re sorry to hear that aspects of the process were frustrating for you. Our office is open Monday through Friday from 9 AM to 5 PM, and we’re also available… after hours and on weekends by appointment. We strive to remain responsive and knowledgeable, and we’re always looking for ways to improve based on resident input.
To clarify a few points regarding move-out charges:
Unit cleaning is performed by a third-party professional cleaning company and is required for all move-outs to ensure consistency and quality for incoming residents.
Painting is only charged in cases where there is damage beyond normal wear and tear.
Carpet cleaning is not charged to residents; this is considered a property responsibility.
Utility bills reflect actual usage from the previous month, as utilities must first be used and processed before they can be billed. For example, a bill issued in September would typically reflect usage from August.
We completely understand that move-out costs can be unexpected, and we do our best to limit any charges passed on to residents. Your feedback is appreciated and helps us continue to refine our processes.

Our goal is always to provide clear communication, fair… evaluations, and support throughout each resident’s stay, including during move-out.

To clarify, all move-out charges—including any applicable cleaning, repair, or turnover items—are based on documented condition reports, photos, and invoices. We are always happy to provide supporting documentation upon request, and we apologize if there was any delay in getting that information to you. That is not the level of service we aim to deliver.

Regarding communication and office availability, our team strives to respond promptly, though there may be times we are assisting other residents or completing on-site tasks. We take your comments seriously and will review our internal processes to ensure better efficiency and accessibility.

We also regret that community noise and neighbor behavior impacted your experience. While we do address noise concerns as they are reported, we understand how frustrating recurring disturbances can be.
