Embold's manager is great but the apartments are over priced and the shared community utilities cost double personal usage. So it's not an ideal place to live. You pay too much in utilities and fees!

Embold is a fantastic place to live. This is my 2nd apartment, and I am extremely pleased. I love the layout of the apartment, especially the openness of then kitchen/living room, and the large master bathroom and closest. The gym is so nice, with great equipment and it all works! Super clean as well. If something needs maintenance, it is quickly fixed. I also love that they do door to door recycling pickup. The hot tub is also huge and really nice. I love that the pool is open year-round. It is... also really nice that you need a key to get access to the building, it makes me feel safer.

Embold has been a lovely place to call home. Clean & cozy. Very quiet community here without issues or drama. In my couple of years here I have not witnessed anything that would concern me as a resident, I am not raising kids here, but I do have my family here often and the community is kid friendly. The pool and gym area are very modern and designed well. Location is super convenient, too!
