Where do I begin?

The apartments are newer and seem to be built well. That's about all the good about this place. While on my lease here the complex came under new management and has been abysmal since then.

Forced apartment checks, poor communication, constant issues with facilities like the pool and gym. The grounds aren't kept well, overgrown in many places. They are horrible at enforcing other renters to clean up after their pets. The communal spaces get cleaned maybe once a month, like the floors in the… hallways and especially the elevators.

They will do everything in their power to charge you as much money as they can. Don't live here.

Fantastic Experience

I recently toured Embold and it is a beautiful complex with many fantastic amenities. Daniel was an exceptional leasing professional and really showed that he cared and wanted to help us find the best home. We had a wonderful experience working with Daniel. I highly recommend.

Embold's manager is great but the apartments are over priced and the shared community utilities cost double personal usage. So it's not an ideal place to live. You pay too much in utilities and fees!
