We had a great tour, David did an awesome job showing us all the units we wanted to see. He was super accommodating, we left very impressed.

The best part about Sanctuary is the maintenance team. They always complete my maintenance orders so fast and accurately. I love knowing that I don’t have to worry because whatever problem appear in my apartment, maintenance will fix it (and do it fast). Definetly worth living in a community like this.

I signed my lease and I am counting down the days until I move in at the end of August. I have been in my current apartment for three years and genuinely had no plans to leave, until I walked through The Sanctuary and realized I had no idea what I was missing. The buildings are stunning in the truest sense of that word. Everything has been thoughtfully designed, from the layout of each floor plan to the quality of the finishes to the way the grounds and spaces flow together. I toured every floor... plan available, from the studios all the way up to the two bedroom, two and a half bath units, and I would have happily signed for any of them. The studios alone are more spacious and better laid out than most I’ve seen. The one bedroom I chose is larger than my current two bedroom apartment. That alone should tell you what you're walking into. The amenities are genuinely resort style living brought to life. Saunas, steam rooms, a yoga studio, cabanas, a library with an overseas mantel. Retail spaces built right into the building. These are not filler amenities. These are spaces designed for people who actually care about how they live. What sets The Sanctuary apart from anything else I have ever experienced, though, is its people. I have worked with Maddie, Milena, David (the leasing manager), Hannah, Atley, and Sigifredo (the property manager) throughout this process, and every single one of them has been exceptional. Warm, patient, and genuinely present in every interaction. They know who you are. They remember what you talked about last time. They have welcomed me back every single time I showed up with more friends and family because I cannot stop raving about this place. My entire circle is excited for me to move in. The community events are equally impressive. Horseback riding, catered breakfasts from Kneaders, an earth day celebration with Bonsai Bai Me. These are experiences that reflect a team that truly invests in the lives of the people who live here. And when you sign your lease, they ask whether you'd like red wine, white wine, or sparkling cider for your move in gift basket. That single detail told me everything I needed to know about what kind of place this is. Thoughtful, generous, and deeply intentional. I love where I live now. But it does not compare.
