The property managers are terrible.

I put in a maintenance request in October and when I moved out in April the bathroom fan was still not fixed. I asked for my door locks to be changed and after a few days of worrying that someone was going to steal my animals and such, I was forced to reset the locks myself. They charged me $250 for something that you can find on YouTube. When I moved out, they did a walk through and Melody told me it looked good, better than most that move out, and that I would be getting my deposit back. When... June came and I still hadn't heard anything I called. They sent me a letter telling me they were charging me for carpet and the Lock being changed.

I would stay away from this property management company.
