One word...BEDBUGS!
Talk about a horrible way to start off college. Moved in right before school started and ended up with bedbugs throughout the entire apartment. Family helped move in and some of them even walked away with bites (including a baby). It was only then that it got even worse! Tried to approach management nicely about the bedbug issue, but was ignored for SEVERAL WEEKS. There is no one actually on site to take care of any issues, let alone bedbug extermination. No phone number at all provided for... emergencies or any way to contact management. Only given an email that seems to be unmonitored. Finally had to threaten legal action to get any response. Dad even went in to the office in Bountiful, Utah and was told to leave because they wouldn't help him. Sent roughly 10 emails before received any response. And then was told no refund would be given. Threatened legal action once more (again through email as NO PHONE NUMBER is available to contact these people). Never heard back from this email. NEVER do business with or live here. Horrible experience.
