Employs an extremely rude parking company

My car had to go into the shop for extensive repairs. I got a temporary 2-week pass from them for the rental that I have while the car is being repaired. I found out on Friday that the car wouldn’t be done until Saturday, the I found out Saturday the car wouldn’t be done until Monday. Today is Sunday and I’ve just realized it’s the last day of the 14 days. No problem, I’ll just call cache auto booting service again and get an extension on that 14 day temporary pass. After telling this I... formation to the agent, I was told that, “story time is over” and that, “there is no way to issue a second 14 day pass in the same calendar year.” When I tried to ask where I was supposed to park the car since the car is still in the shop, I was told Walmart, 1.5 miles away. I paid for a parking stall, but if I have car trouble this business decides to be patronizing in the face of being proactive. I’m trying to work with you all BEFORE there’s a problem, not beg to have a boot removed because I broke the rules.
