Nice but Dated
This appartment is very convenient, being a 2 minute walk from campus, but very small. All the rooms are studio appartment, which are perfect for singles, but a little too small if you plan on having a roommate. Built in 1978, this place is very dated. Many of the apliances seem about that old as well. There is also a few problems with the plumbing such as sinks being unable to drain or changing shower temperature. The new owner is currently in the process of renovating the rooms but it will be... a long time before everything is in good shape.
