Providence Pointe is a Great Place. The Management and Maintenance Man; are of the Highest Caliber. They are Very Professional, Courteous, and are Very Accomadating to each individual or family they Assist or Apply.
I have lived here a couple years. The Amenities included are Great. Close to Major Shopping Outlets, Covered Parking, etc.
I Give Providence Pointe 5 stars. It's Great place for Families and Individuals
I wouldn't hesitate to be part of A Great Communty and Neighborhood. Come... apply!.

We love it here been here years
We've lived here a few years love all the staff and grounds keepers -- the property is always super well kept and nice
Management also resolves issues that day
The appointments are nice and clean
People are respectful here- love the community-- have kids and they love it here too-- feels very safe

Quiet, and family friendly.
Logan Pointe, in beautiful Logan Utah. Is one of the hidden rental jewls. This quiet, semi secluded property is ideal for families. Pet friendly, large floor plans, balconies to relax on. There is also a pool and a small gym. It's also on the city bus route, that's even free to use. Close to great schools, and across from the mall. And even an on site laundry room for those who don't have a washer and dryer. So join us at Logan Pointe, and relax. It's all good.
