Management is awful. They told us we could move out on a certain day then changed it. I have so many stories of terrible communication and policies that make it a frustrating place to live. At first management told us that we would need to get our own wifi, so we got into a year contract and then a week before move in they told us we actually had to use their WiFi that was significantly more expensive.
They told us we would have coin laundry access, then on move in told us that it would change... to unlimited laundry with a high monthly fee added to rent. We opted out because we have family in the area. Well, a few months later, they decided to make that fee mandatory. Another added monthly fee not originally in the contract.
And on top of that, they notified us that our cars would be buried in snow by a snow plow with less than 24 hrs notice over a holiday when most students are visiting school.
