Short four minute drive from fashion place mall, and local grocery stores. Within walking distance to 209 bus stop, which takes you straight to Fashion Place West trax station. Home is a fairly big twin home, neighbors are very friendly and quiet.

Rooms available:
$700 per month: Unfurnished 110 sq ft (10x11ft) bedroom with built-in closet. Room is located on the second floor, and has a shared bathroom with 2 other housemates. It has hardwood floors and a north facing window. For reference, the bed in the pictures is a queen. There is a window AC unit provided with the room.

$1000 per month: Unfurnished 135 sq ft (9x15 ft) bedroom with a built-in closet in the basement. Has an attached private bath (8.5x6 ft). I'm also willing to rent out the private use of the 282 sq ft basement living room (12x23.5 ft) and negotiate the additional cost. The bath, bedroom, and living room makes up the entire basement. The entrance is in the main floor living room.

We have a Washer and Dryer, Furnished Living room, Kitchen, Dining room, and another Living room in the basement. We also have a cute back deck and garden, which is nice and private. I am planning to renovate/landscape it around March. Shared driveway/garage and street parking.

There are currently 2 tenants in the house. NO smoking allowed. Household is LGBT/ TRANS, and ND friendly. PET friendly; currently we have one cat in the house. Tenants are allowed to customize their rooms or the house, and the owner is willing to cover paint costs.
